Human Development
This course will help students analyze child development and learning theories, behavioral and cognitive as well as explore why and how people learn, construct knowledge, and how these theories enlighten the teaching process. Students will consider the interaction of learning theories with diverse populations defined by gender, culture, disability, language, and age, and will construct and model their personal operative theory of learning.
